Buying Policy
- Name, address and phone number to be provided by the client.
- Correct email address to be provided by customer to follow up on order confirmation and shipment tracking.
Shipping Policy
- Orders will take up to 3 to 5 working days to be delivered in the UAE
- Shipments within the GCC will take upto 3 to 8 working days to be delivered.
Delivery
- All deliveries will be chargeable.
- Within the UAE shipping is 25 AED for most areas.
- As for GCC countries we offer two options fast delivery and regular delivery - please note costs depends on weight.
